  • Premium will be applied to your policy only after clearance and receiving the credit in IndiaFirst Life Insurance account.
  • As per Regulation 3(d), IRDA (Manner of Receipt of Premium) Regulations, 2002, in case, the proposer/policyholder opts for premium payment through net banking or credit/debit card, the payment must be made only through net banking account or credit/debit card issued on the name of such proposer/policyholder.
  • In case renewal premium(s) for unit linked policies is received in IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. office before 3.00 p.m., Net Asset Value (NAV) of the same date or the premium due date/ reinstatement date whichever is later would be applicable. In case the premium is received after 3.00 pm, NAV of the next business day or the premium due date/ reinstatement date whichever is later would be applicable.
  • As per Central Board of Direct Taxes amending Rule 114B, PAN details has to be compulsorily quoted for payment of life insurance premium aggregating Rs.50,000 or more in a year. In case the details have not been furnished already, please email the details along with a copy of your PAN card to us at customer.first@indiafirstlife.com or send on below mentioned address. Please ensure to mention your policy/application number in the details.
