Tata Indicom Bill Pay is a simple and convenient bill payment service provided by Tata Indicom to all its customers. Using this service,
the customers can view
and pay their Tata Indicom
bills (mobile, fixed
line or fixed wireless)
directly from their
bank account or credit
card.
The Tata Indicom Bill
Pay service is offered
through the following

for mobile and fixed

The SMS Pay service
is a very convenient
payment facility to
make payments to your
Tata Indicom fixed wireless
or mobile phone bills
through SMS.
You will first receive
a bill summary via SMS
on your Tata Indicom
phone. To pay, you can
issue a payment instruction
by sending an SMS (‘PAYBILL’
followed by the amount)
to 121. You get an instant
confirmation about your
payment.
To avail of the SMS
Pay facility, you need
to first register
for the service.
and set up the SMS Pay
service. After your
registration has been
activated, you can access
the payment service
through your Tata Indicom
phone.
The SMS Pay service
is currently available
to Tata Indicom customers
in the following cities
- Ahmedabad, Bangalore,
Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai,
Hyderabad and Pune.
To
use the SMS Pay
service, you need
to first register
by providing your
Tata Indicom account
and bank account
details
You
will receive a service
activation message
after successful
confirmation of
your registration
details
You
will then receive
a new bill notification
on your Tata Indicom
phone
To
make payment, simply
send PAYBILL  or
PAYBILL  followed
by the amount to
121 (eg PAYBILL
 2341.40). You
will receive an
instant acknowledgement
of your payment
instruction
You
will receive a confirmation
on your mobile after
your payment is
successfully processed
To discontinue the SMS
Pay service, you need
to provide a request
for the same in writing
specifying your Tata
Indicom account number
and mobile number. You
can provide your cancellation
request at any of the
Tata Indicom customer
care centres in the
specified cities of
operation.
