What is the Tata Indicom Bill Pay service?

Tata Indicom Bill Pay is a simple and convenient bill payment service provided by Tata Indicom to all its customers. Using this service, the customers can view and pay their Tata Indicom bills (mobile, fixed line or fixed wireless) directly from their bank account or credit card.

The Tata Indicom Bill Pay service is offered through the following modes:
Instant Pay Pay through credit card or bank account
e-Bill Pay View your bill online and pay electronically
Auto Pay Pay automatically through Standing Instructions

Instant Pay allows you to make payments online through the Tata Indicom website (www.tataindicom.com) instantly through a credit card or an online banking account. You need to specify your Tata Indicom account number, enter the payment amount, and pay directly through your credit card or online banking account.

The Instant Pay service is currently available to Tata Indicom customers across the following circles - Andhra Pradesh, Bihar & Jharkhand, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Maharashtra, MP & Chhatisgarh, Orissa, Punjab (incl. Chandigarh), Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, UP (East), UP (West) and West Bengal.

How does this service work?

After you have chosen to pay through Instant Pay, you need to follow the steps below:
Provide your bill details - enter the Tata Indicom Account Number and the Telephone Number
Specify the amount that you wish to pay, and click on ‘Pay’
You will be taken to a ‘Payment Options’ page where you have to enter a few details viz your name, contact number, etc.
Select your payment mode – Credit Card or Net Banking account, and click on the ‘Submit’ button to initiate payment
You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will be required to enter your credit card details; alternately you will be taken to your Net Banking site where you have to input your user id/ password
Your payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card or your bank account will be instantly debited
You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request
Your payment will be credited into your Tata Indicom account within 1 working day.

You can use any valid Visa, Mastercard,Diners,Citibank E-Cards or American Express Credit Card, or pay through your Net Banking account with Bank of India, Bank of Baroda (Coporate), Bank of Baroda (Retail), Centurion Bank of Punjab, Citibank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, SB Bikaner and Jaipur, SB Indore, SB Patiala, SB Travancore, Union Bank of India or AXIS Bank.
