Tata Indicom Bill Pay is a simple and convenient bill payment service provided by Tata Indicom to all its customers. Using this service,
the customers can view and pay their Tata Indicom bills (mobile, fixed line and fixed wireless) directly from their bank account or credit card.
The Tata Indicom Bill Pay service is offered through the following modes:
The e-Bill Pay service is a convenient bill payment facility where customers can receive and make payments towards their Tata Indicom bills online.
You will be able to review your electronic bill (s), choose when to pay them, how much to pay and also select the bank account (s) you wish to make the payment from. You will, of course, continue to get the physical bills- just like you did before. What you get is complete flexibility and control in making payments, regular email reminders so that your bills are paid on time, a facility to store all the payments you made during the year and importantly efficient organisation and management of your bill payment activity.
You can access the e-Bill Pay service directly through Tata Indicom, or through Service providers.
The e-Bill Pay service can be used by all Tata Indicom customers who wish to pay their land-line and mobile account bills. Specific eligibility will depend upon the service provider offering the service.
You need to first register for the service. Once you have completed the registration process and are a registered user, you need to:
Login to your Bank’s Bill Pay service
Add ‘Tata Indicom’ as a biller to your list of billing companies and specify your Tata Indicom number
From the next billing cycle you will receive your electronic bill online at your bank/ service provider website (you will continue to get your physical bills)
Login to view your bill and issue electronic payment instructions
Your account will be debited and your bill payment amount paid to Tata Indicom.

Online Access anytime, anywhere You receive your bills online and can make your payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Pay from any bank account - You can use your existing bank accounts to make payments
Email Alerts - You receive timely emails that notify you about the arrival of a new bill, remind to pay your bills if you haven’t paid them and provide you a payment confirmation.
Bill Archival - You can store your bills, maintain a record of your payments, and analyse how you have spent your money
Security - You receive total security and privacy while making payments.
