What is the Tata Indicom Bill Pay service?

Tata Indicom Bill Pay is a simple and convenient bill payment service provided by Tata Indicom to all its customers. Using this service, the customers can view and pay their Tata Indicom bills (mobile, fixed line or fixed wireless) directly from their bank account or credit card.

The Tata Indicom Bill Pay service is offered through the following modes:

Instant Pay Pay through credit card or bank account
e-Bill Pay View your bill online and pay electronically
Auto Pay Pay automatically through Standing Instructions

What is the Auto Pay service?

The Auto Pay service is a very convenient bill payment facility where you can specify automatic payment of your Tata Indicom fixed line, mobile or fixed wireless phone bills through Standing Instructions on any valid Bank Account or Credit Card.

How do I register for this service?

To register for the Auto Pay service, you need to fill out a Registration Form through any of the following options:
You can Download a form, print it, duly fill the details with your signature and mail it to the address as indicated on the form, or
You can also pick up the form at any Tata Indicom service centres, complete the form along with your signature and return it as indicated on the form.

Who is eligible to use this service?

All Tata Indicom customers can make payments to their mobile, fixed line or fixed wireless phone bills through the Auto Pay service.

Which cities is this service available in?

The Auto Pay service is currently available to Tata Indicom customers in the following cities - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune.

How does this service work?

The Auto Pay service involves the following steps:
You will need to first register for service and set up Standing Instructions on your bank account or credit card
Each month a few days prior to your due date, your bill will be paid automatically by debit to your bank / card account
After a payment is made, you will receive the confirmation of the payment made as a credit in your next bill.

After I register, when does my service get active?

After your completed registration is received, the Auto Pay service will be activated within 14 working days. You bills from the next billing cycle will get processed through Auto Pay.

What happens if there are no funds in my bank account?

If your bank account/ credit card does not have adequate funds to cover your bill amount while the standing instruction is processed, your Tata Indicom bill will not be paid through the Auto Pay service. Please note that you will have to pay this bill directly to Tata Indicom through cheque/ cash.

Can I change my Auto Pay details provided during registration?

Yes, you can change your Auto Pay instructions by writing a letter to Tata Indicom informing the changes.

How do I cancel the Auto Pay service?

To discontinue the Auto Pay service, you need to provide a request for the same in writing specifying your Tata Indicom account number and mobile number. You can provide your cancellation request at any of the Tata Indicom customer care centres in the specified cities of operation.
