    What web browsers does BillDesk support?

    BillDesk supports Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator/Communicator Version 4.08 or higher.

    Do I need online banking to use the BillDesk service?

    No, BillDesk works independent of online banking, and therefore you do not need online banking functionality to use the BillDesk service.

    What if I'm traveling and can't access my computer or the Internet?

    To access BillDesk, all you need is access to a computer connected to the Internet. Simply log on to www.billdesk.com and view, manage and pay all your bills. If you are travelling and will not be able to access the Internet, we suggest that you set up an Auto-pay for the particular billers to whom you wish to make payments. This will ensure that your bills are getting paid while you are away. For any other payment needs, please contact us at support@billdesk.com .

    Can I access the BillDesk site through Internet cafes or kiosks?

    Yes, you need only access to a computer connected to the Internet from either your home, office, Internet café or a kiosk. Simply log on to www.billdesk.com and use the BillDesk service!
