IndiaIdeas is looking for a Company Secretary based out of Mumbai. Candidate should have a proven track record of 3-4 years in handling the Secretarial functions of the company and the company law and legal matters. Salary shall commensurate with ability and experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a CS your key responsibilities would include preparing papers for the Board Meetings, drafting resolutions, filing various returns and forms, and compliance with all legal requirements.

Desired Skills
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Qualification

    Operations Manager

    Qualifications

  • Graduation in any stream
  • MBA (Desirable)

    Location
    Andheri, Mumbai

    Work Experience
  • Min of 2-3years, preferably in operations in a Bank, NBFC
  • Knowledge of operational processes
  • Preferable have had the experience of leading an ops team
  • Should be reasonably familiar with information technology (needs to be hands on)
  • Experience of setting up Operations processes will be useful
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Should have worked in an online environment

    Key Responsibilities     
  • Will handle the multi-city operations including:
  • Responsible for some key areas of Operations
  • Will be responsible for the various processes – data management, interaction with various client entities (like utility companies, banks,etc for data transfer), billing, customer operations, etc
  • Will coordinate with operations teams at different cities
  • Will coordinate with different banks / utility companies
